Brian P. Rice will be installed as secretary. Attorney Rice, an associate with McCarter & English LLP in Stamford, practices construction litigation, representing public and private entities in complex construction claims and disputes. He has represented clients in connection with the construction of university buildings, correctional facilities, roads, bridges, commercial stores, and energy plants.
